Paletteable

Support

Help with Paletteable, the colour-mixing companion for oil painters.

We’re a small studio and we read every message. If something isn’t working, you’ve spotted a paint that looks wrong, or you just have a question, we’d love to hear from you.

Email us and we’ll get back to you, usually within a few business days:

To help us help you, it’s useful to include your device (for example, iPhone 15 or iPad Pro), your iOS version, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

Report a paint or request a brand

The paint database is always growing. If a paint looks wrong, you can flag it directly from within the app’s feedback option, and if there’s a paint brand you’d like to see added, let us know there or by email. Your feedback genuinely shapes what we build next.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a subscription?

No. Paletteable is a one-off purchase — buy it once and it’s yours, with no recurring fees.

Which paint brands are included?

Paletteable launches with Gamblin and Michael Harding, with more brands coming soon.

Does it run on iPad?

Yes — it’s a universal app for both iPhone and iPad.

Are my palettes private?

Yes. Your personal palettes are private to your iCloud account. Community sharing isn’t in the first release — when it comes later, it will always be opt-in.

How accurate are the matches?

Paletteable is a guide, not a guarantee — it’s meant to get you close rather than match exactly. Every match and mix comes with a confidence score, and results also depend on your screen, your lighting, and the photo.

How do I delete my data?

Delete palettes anytime in the app, manage or turn off iCloud sync in iOS Settings, and remove all local data by uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
